Cupping Massage

A holistic approach to relaxation and balance

Cupping is a powerful yet relaxing therapy designed to release tension and blockages in the body. It offers both your body and mind the space they need to feel lighter and more energized. Cupping helps eliminate toxins, stimulates blood circulation, and releases muscle knots and adhesions. While it’s an excellent tool for restoring balance, it’s just one part of a larger picture.

It’s important to understand that cupping works best when your system is already in a state of balance. If your mind and body are stuck in constant stress mode, cupping alone won’t resolve everything. True healing begins with calming your mind. That’s why I only use cupping when there’s already a foundation of relaxation, allowing your body to fully recover. What makes my sessions unique?
What sets my sessions apart is the combination of cupping with Reiki energy. During the treatment, I integrate Reiki where it’s needed most, helping your body and mind relax even more deeply. This ensures you feel safe and at ease, allowing your body to recover faster and fully benefit from the cupping. I always close each session with Reiki to extend the relaxation and healing effects.

What to expect
During a cupping session, suction is applied to the skin using cups, which helps release blockages and tension. You’ll notice improved oxygen flow in your blood and renewed energy throughout your body. Most people feel lighter, more energized, and deeply relaxed after the session.

After the treatment
Everyone responds differently to cupping. Some feel immediate relief and relaxation, while others may notice mild redness or bruising. These are normal reactions, indicating that your body is opening up to recovery. For most, these signs fade within a few days.

When is cupping right for you?
Cupping is highly effective for alleviating muscle pain, tension, and stress. It can also help with physical complaints such as neck and back pain, joint discomfort, and migraines. Additionally, it supports the release of stuck emotions and promotes a sense of inner calm.

A Note of Caution
Cupping isn’t a cure-all, but it’s a valuable tool for enhancing overall well-being. It’s important to address both your mental and physical health in tandem to achieve lasting balance.
