During a session, energy is transferred through hand placements, helping you reduce stress, release tension, and restore your natural balance. What is Reiki?

Reiki is a method in which healing energy is used to promote your well-being. It is not a substitute for medical care, but a valuable complement if you’re seeking more peace, focus, and energy. It helps you better cope with life’s challenges while bringing you closer to yourself.

How does a session work?

During a session, you lie (fully clothed) comfortably on a massage table. My hands are placed on different areas of your body, tailored to your needs. You may feel warmth, tingling, or soothing sensations. I work with both the front and back of your body, taking my time to allow you to fully relax.

After the session, we discuss what stood out, and you will receive practical tips that you can apply in your daily life to enhance the session’s effects.
